Project Manager, Pasig

Key Responsibilities:

Review contracts, scope of work, and project drawings upon award

Develop and execute Project Execution Plans, monitor timelines, milestones, and resources

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Installation, T&C teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients

Track billing milestones, monitor expenses, manage variations, and ensure cash flow

Ensure project quality, compliance with safety standards, and readiness for Testing & Commissioning

Maintain audit-ready documentation and submit project status reports

Lead project teams, foster accountability, structured communication, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical)

Minimum 23 years of project management or coordination experience in elevators, construction, or related industries

Knowledge of project planning, cost control, and quality assurance processes

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and documentation practices

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders effectively
