Operations Supervisor, Pasig

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficiency across operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in managing teams and workflows effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, train, and manage operational staff to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding operational requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure operational goals are achieved.
• Handle multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 35 years of experience in operations supervision or a related role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
