JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations

Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel inquiries

Provide accurate travel information and customer support

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Ensure customer satisfaction during every interaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least High School / Senior High School Graduate

With or Without BPO Experience

Good communication and customer service skills

Basic computer navigation knowledge

Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
