The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the companys market presence. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and sales expertise to achieve revenue targets and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion:

• Research and identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.

Client Acquisition:

• Generate leads, pitch solutions, and secure new business deals.

Relationship Management:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.

Negotiation & Closing:

• Lead contract negotiations and close deals that maximize profitability.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present progress to senior management.
