Legal Assistant, Pasig

The Legal Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the legal department by preparing legal documents, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and assisting lawyers in handling legal matters and company compliance requirements.

• Prepare, organize, and file legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist lawyers in case preparation, documentation, and legal research.
• Monitor deadlines, hearings, and submission of legal requirements.
• Maintain and update legal files, records, and confidential documents.
• Coordinate with courts, government agencies, and external parties when necessary.
• Draft letters, reports, and other legal-related documents.
• Assist in securing permits, licenses, and corporate documents.
• Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for the legal team.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
• Perform other administrative and legal support tasks as assigned.

• Bachelors degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• With experience in a legal office or corporate legal department is an advantage.
• Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
