Healthcare Specialist - START ASAP, Pasig

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Healthcare Specialist with hands-on experience in US Healthcare provider services. This role focuses on Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections, working closely with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement of claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AR collections through inbound and outbound calls with insurance payers
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims
• Analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• Ensure accurate documentation of collection activities
• Identify billing issues and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Maintain productivity and quality targets

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in US Healthcare provider services (hospital or physician billing)
• With AR collections experience
• Knowledgeable in healthcare terminologies such as copay, coinsurance, and deductibles
• Experience interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• Familiar with medical claim forms (CMS-1500 and UB-04)
• Strong communication skills and comfortable handling outbound calls
• Willing to work onsite and night shift
