Pre-Sales Engineer, Pasig

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on how the company's products or services can address the customer's needs and deliver value.
• Responsible for creating BOM/BOQ and reviewing all the technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design customized solutions that align with customer requirements and objectives.
• Assist in the development and execution of Proof-of-Concept projects to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to sales representatives and customers, addressing questions, concerns, and objections related to the product or service.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize solutions.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients by demonstrating technical expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations on how to leverage the company's offerings to achieve their business goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements relevant to the company's products or services.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market dynamics, and product enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in ECE/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably with 1 year working experience handling Fiber, Wired/Wireless, ICT solutions but fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
• Can start ASAP.
