Field Technician- Nespresso, Pasig

The Field Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support for Nespresso machines, including installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The role ensures that all machines are operating efficiently while delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least college or vocational level
• With an NC 2 Certificate in Electrical or Electronics would be an advantage
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Must be flexible and willing to do field work.
• With a driver's license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install Nespresso coffee machines at client locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
• Stay updated on new Nespresso products and technologies to provide accurate information.
• Complete service reports and document any recommendations for improvement.
• Follow Nespresso's policies and procedures for technical support and service.
• Efficiently manage time to complete service calls and installations within specified timeframes.
