As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Branch Supervisor to lead one of our branches and help drive operational excellence and outstanding patient care.

Your Role

As a Branch Supervisor, you will be the key leader of the branch, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient experience, strong team performance, and compliance with company and healthcare standards. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling fast-paced healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily branch operations

Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality customer service

Manage and support branch staff performance, attendance, and scheduling

Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and company policies

Resolve operational and patient-related concerns professionally and efficiently

Prepare branch reports and monitor operational performance targets

Coordinate with management regarding branch improvements and operational needs

Maintain discipline, accountability, and operational efficiency within the branch

Support initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and branch performance

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or related field

At least 23 years of supervisory experience in a clinic, hospital, or diagnostic laboratory

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through

Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Able to lead teams and maintain discipline in a fast-paced environment

Able to handle operational challenges and patient concerns calmly and professionally

Knowledge of healthcare operations, patient flow management, and laboratory/clinic procedures is an advantage

Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools

Willing to work on-site and flexible schedules if needed

Salary & Compensation Package

Competitive salary range: 25,000 28,000/month (depending on experience)
