Description

Responsibilities

Ensure all leads from partner companies, sourced through email, live chat, events, and other platforms, are accurately recorded and compiled in the Daily Leads Report and CRM, maintaining organization and visibility to support sales and marketing efforts.
Provide outbound leads from partners and events, while maintaining consistent communication with previous patients to foster relationships.
Analyze data from the leads report to generate detailed performance and trend reports, including Consultant & Achievement Rate reports, to track partner performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Disseminate important internal memos and prepare partnership announcements, voucher releases, and other external communications.
Maintain and update all marketing documents and materials in a timely and organized manner.
Conduct regular competitor analysis, including monitoring changes in health-related items, packages, and pricing of services.
Identify and recommend potential new partners that align with Shinagawas brand values and service offerings.
Collaborate with existing partners to develop innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving lead generation.
Attend external events to represent Shinagawa, network with potential clients and partners, and generate new leads.
Source suitable events and assist in their planning and execution to expand Shinagawas reach.
Assist in the development of content, artwork, and marketing collateral provided to partners to effectively promote Shinagawas services.
Monitor and ensure that partner obligations are fulfilled in accordance with established agreeme

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Healthcare Management, or any related field
With at least one (1) year of experience in the related role.
With experience in sales, business development, marketing coordination, or customer acquisition (B2C preferred).
Experience in handling sales reports, data management, or CRM/database systems is an advantage.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Willing to work on-site in Pasig (Ortigas).
