Sales Engineer, Pasig

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate qualified leads from developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners

Promote elevator and escalator products and services.

Preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations

Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and project coordination

Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities

Support sales team in achieving revenue targets and pipeline growth

Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, RFQs, and project bids

Maintain accurate CRM records and client database and pipeline updates

Coordinate with technical, engineering and other department for project requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

13 years experience in Engineering sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in elevator, construction, or technical industry)

Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems is an advantage

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to read technical drawings and understand project requirements (advantage)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of fieldwork

Strong relationship-building skills with industry stakeholders
