DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Report directly to the General Manager regarding marketing functions, e-commerce operations and business updates.
2. Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tiktok, FB Live and Instagram.
3. Create and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines and paid advertising.
4. Monitor website performance, product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory coordination.
5. Analyze sales data, customer behavior and campaign performance using tools like google analytics.
6. Improve conversion rates, customer retention and online customer experience.
7. Coordinate with graphic designers, content creator and sales teams for campaign execution.
8. Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and marketplace advertising strategies.
9. Prepare reports on sales performance, ROI and marketing effectiveness.
10. Handle customer inquiries and support online reputation management.
11. Coordination with the leaders and distributors when regards to training and seminars schedule.
12. Assist distributors and walk ins in purchasing, product and business information.
13. Addressing distributor concerns regarding product issues and the current marketing plan.
14. Develop and implement marketing promotions and special offers to enhance brand awareness, attract customers and support business growth.
15. Coordinate and manage company events, promotional activities and marketing related functions.
16. Conduct marketing analysis and prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance, market trends and customer engagement.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E commerce or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing and online advertising
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace tools.
- Experience in direct selling or multi-level marketing (MLM) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word, MSTeams,) and marketing analytical tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced movement.
- Experience with paid ads on Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to produce short-form videos and social media reels.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation and marketing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and trends.
