We are looking for reliable and motivated Field Collectors to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are proactive, trustworthy, and skilled in communication and negotiation.

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • Must have own motorcycle (with valid drivers license)
  • With good communication and negotiation skills
  • Can work independently and handle fieldwork responsibly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field collection activities in assigned areas
  • Coordinate with clients regarding payments and account updates
  • Maintain accurate collection records and reports
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
