Dimsum Maker

• Prepare and produce dimsum items according to standard recipes and food quality standards
• Perform proper portioning, wrapping, filling, and steaming/frying of dimsum products
• Ensure freshness, consistency, and presentation of all food items
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen tools, and equipment
• Monitor and organize ingredients and stocks needed for daily production
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational procedures
• Assist in inventory checking and preparation of supplies
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Perform other related kitchen duties assigned by management.
