Qualifications:
Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License
At least 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO setup
Experience handling Healthcare accounts required
Clinical account experience is an advantage but not required
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Amenable to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
Facilitate product, process, and healthcare-related training
Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching when needed
Ensure training materials and processes are updated and aligned with business needs
Support continuous learning and development initiatives
