Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive administrative and executive support to internal teams and senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and day-to-day operational assistance.
  • Arrange complex travel logistics such as itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related documentation to ensure smooth business travel.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, documents, and records, including expense reports, billing, invoicing, and timesheet submissions.
  • Support office operations and event coordination, including ordering supplies, managing databases, and organizing meetings, venues, catering, and invitations.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and confidentiality in all outputs while working closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably with exposure to international or US-based clients.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and strong accountability in handling sensitive information.
