E-Commerce Customer Service Representative (Online Support), Pasig

Responsible for online customer service, providing professional consultation, order follow-up, after-sales support, and issue resolution in English to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation of the e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, price, inventory, delivery, and installation via chat, social media, and email.
• Monitor and follow up order status, track logistics, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle after-sales concerns such as product damage, missing parts, return, and exchange requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes professionally while maintaining brand reputation.
• Record customer feedback and work orders, and submit daily reports as required.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain store ratings and improve service quality.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English, able to communicate effectively with Filipino customers.
• Experience with Lazada, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Patient, responsible, and strong in communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office and customer service tools/systems).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules aligned with Philippine time zone.
