Source qualified candidates
Take initial interview and assists the client during the interview
Orient the candidates for the process flow of requirements
Update the daily monitoring in Appsheet (CRM)/ documentation
Coordinate daily with the applicants/clients/ managers/ director for the current status or tasks assign
Make an estimated timeline for the deployment process
Assist the applicants with their requirements to meet the deadlines/ target deployment
Make an OEC for onboarding OFW
Knowledgeable on the process flow of deployment in Taiwan/Japan
Very familiar with the process in the DMW such as deployment of OFW, reporting of resigned or new employee.
Report the updates of deployed workers in DMW system
With knowledge in processing the DMW license/permit in Taiwan
Transactions with the government agencies is important such as DFA/ DMW/ TECO/ MECO/ Embassy/ OWWA/ Insurance/ Medical/ DOLE/ Translator etc.
Schedule the PDOS/ orientation/ contract signing for the OFW
Make a billing for all the expense to workers during the deployment
Attend cases if needed in the DMW
Join the orientation with the client to onboarding applicants
Participate in the meeting with the client if needed for some concerns to OFW
With idea on marketing research to engage with new principal
With knowledge in making presentation for orientation of employee
Knows how to negotiate and promote the company to the client
