Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, administration, and overall management of company properties and facilities. The role ensures that properties are properly maintained, tenants or occupants are supported, operational concerns are addressed promptly, and company standards are consistently implemented.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Conduct regular site inspections of buildings, stores, and facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovation works with contractors and service providers.
- Monitor property condition, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Handle tenant, branch, or occupant concerns and coordinate resolutions.
- Prepare and submit reports regarding property status, maintenance updates, and operational concerns.
- Monitor utility consumption, repairs, and maintenance expenses.
- Coordinate permits, licenses, and compliance requirements related to properties.
- Assist in vendor accreditation and contractor management.
- Ensure timely follow-up with contractors and suppliers regarding ongoing projects and repairs.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding property-related concerns.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, quotations, reports, and property records.
- Assist management in planning property improvements and operational enhancements.
- Respond to urgent property concerns and emergencies when necessary.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Property Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in property management, facilities management, or operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and property operations is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
