Sales Engineer-FRIMEC PHILIPPINES
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC equipment including chillers, AHUs, and related systems
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts including contractors, consultants, developers, and facility managers
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for clients
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants and clients
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for equipment selection and project requirements
Monitor project pipelines and follow up on ongoing quotations and tenders
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management
Assist in brand and product promotion in the Philippine market
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or account management specifically within the HVAC/R industry.
Technical Proficiency: Must be able to explain the mechanics of AHUs, Chillers, and VRF systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills: Strong negotiation prowess, professional presentation skills
Other: Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
