Sales and Marketing Assistant Japanese Mapping Firm Pasig city

About the role

Support the sales team in winning and delivering GIS/geospatial solution contracts for Philippine government agencies, local government units (LGUs), and agricultural bodies. The role is heavily focused on proposal development, client-facing presentation materials, and coordination with technical and management stakeholders not on routine retail sales.

• Key responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint decks, proposals, and bid documents for government procurement (PhilGEPS, BAC submissions)
• Research client agencies (DA, DPWH, DAR, LGUs) and map project opportunities to PASCO product lines
• Coordinate pre-sales demos and technical presentations with the senior sales team
• Maintain CRM records, track opportunity pipeline, and produce weekly activity reports
• Assist in drafting Statements of Work, Technical Specifications, and client correspondence in English
• Support post-award contract administration and client relationship maintenance
• Liaise with Japan HQ on project updates and documentation requirements

MUST

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 13 years relevant experience in B2B sales support, marketing, or project coordination
• Strong PowerPoint/presentation design skills able to create compelling, professional-grade decks
• Business-level English in writing and speaking
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Expertise in MS Office

Prefer

Familiarity with IT products, software solutions, CAD/GIS concepts, or engineering services
