Preventive Maintenance Service Technician, Pasig

Join a growing and dynamic company in the elevator and escalator industry. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to support preventive maintenance activities and ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevator and escalator systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance (PMS) activities and basic equipment inspections.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and minor adjustments as instructed.
• Support skilled or senior technicians during troubleshooting, repair works, and inspections.
• Observe and immediately report abnormal conditions such as unusual noises, vibrations, odor, error codes, or irregular operation.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs.
• Strictly comply with company safety procedures, lock-out/tag-out practices, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• With experience in preventive maintenance, technical work, or related field
• Basic knowledge in electrical or mechanical systems is preferred
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel if needed
• Can follow instructions and work well with a team
• Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious
