Customer Service Representative (Day-Shift), Pasig

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
•  We also accept Senior Highschool graduates with call center experience.
• At least 2 years of experience for Call Center Staff.
•  Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
•  Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
•  Can start as soon as possible.

Inbound

• Handle patient and customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints from social media and the Shinagawa booking platform professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Manage patient appointments for consultations, surgeries, and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing guidance on treatments and medical information.
• Analyze daily inbound operations to provide insights for marketing and sales.
• Ensure qualified inquiries are converted into appointments or sales.

Outbound

• Make 2030 outbound calls daily to prospective leads from online platforms.
• Promote services, address objections, and secure appointments with a high conversion rate.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys with existing patients and generate leads through referrals.
• Others tasks that Management may assign from time to time relevant to job positions.
