Role Overview


Join our growing team and support Business Development Managers in driving sales execution and account management. This is a hands-on, field-facing role designed to develop future senior sales leaders.


Key Responsibilities

Prospecting, lead follow-ups, and introductory sales pitching

Assisting in deal closures and operator onboarding

Managing assigned accounts post-sale (coordination, follow-ups, issue resolution)

Conducting field visits, client meetings, and updating reports via CRM

Supporting pilots, demos, and commercial rollouts


Ideal Candidate

12 years of experience in sales, account management, or field operations

Comfortable with fieldwork and building client relationships

Coachable, driven, and execution-focused

Strong communication and basic negotiation skills
