HR Intern - Consulting Services, Pasig

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interns assigned to the Consulting Services Unit may be involved in the following tasks:

1. Support in the Conduct of Surveys and Research Studies for the companys clients, including but not limited to:

• Coding of extracted data
• Creation of tabulation specifications (tab specs)
• Data cleaning and processing
• Migrating data into survey questionnaires
• Analyzing qualitative data

2. Assistance in the Implementation of Organizational Development (OD) Projects, including tasks such as:

• Developing document templates
• Collecting and processing data
• Converting files into specified formats
• Serving as a documenter during data collection activities (e.g., FGDs, KIIs, Validation Sessions)

3. Attending and Taking Minutes during virtual/onsite team and client meetings.

4. Performing Administrative and Clerical Duties, as assigned.

5. Creating Presentations and Reports, including:

• Designing Presentation decks (PPT, Canva, etc.)
• Drafting written reports
• Developing visual content and creatives
• Conducting trend research

6. Hosting Virtual Meetings or Training Sessions via Zoom.

7. Serving as an Enumerator for HCSM-related projects.

8. Submitting Weekly Reports, including:

• Accomplishment Reports
• Attendance Sheets

9. Carrying-out other tasks as assigned by the department or supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate students taking up a degree in Psychology, Statistics, or Social Sciences
• Willing to render at least 300 hours
