Description

Managing the HR & Admin Department;

  • Oversees day-to-day functions of the HR & Admin Department and supervises performance of HR Assistants.
  • Facilitates requests for HR assistance from all employees/ departments/ branches.
  • Recommends improvement to Human Resource systems and procedures, such as benefit program, salary administration system, evaluation system, code of discipline/ rules and
  • regulations, recruitment system, etc. Contributing to the development of workforce plans to meet the organization's needs. 

Recruitment and Placement: 

  • Supervises the recruitment, selection, and hiring for vacant and additional positions for all

job levels.

  • Assists in Manpower planning and forecasting.


Employee Relations: 

  • Responsible for decision-making in employee cases, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Act as the final authority on HR-related disputes, ensuring fairness, compliance with

company policies, and alignment with labor laws.

  • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations issues, supporting

consistent enforcement of standards.

  • Maintain documentation of all cases and decisions for transparency and accountability.
  • Assist legal Counsel in the court representation of labor and Criminal Cases.
  • Maintain industrial harmony in the company through constant communication, creation, and
  • organization of activities that will develop closer relations between employees
  • and management.
  • Reviews and drafts company policies, rules, and regulations.

Salary Administration/ Performance Management:

  •  Conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback. 
  • Assist in the review of the Salary Structure Program as needed.
  • Prepares needed documents relative to the employees salary or merit increase/adjustment.
  • Monitors wage increases and other additional benefits mandated by the government.
  • Assists in the administration of the Performance Evaluation System and the corresponding merit program.
  • Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and
  • leave policies.

Training and Development: 

  • Planning and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 

Compliance: 

  • Ensuring that the organization adheres to all labor laws and regulations. 
  • Ensuring that all employees are adhering to HR Policies & procedures of the company.
  • Staying up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensuring the organization complies. 
  • Process and administer DOLE submission & compliance report to the online portal.

Employee Records: 

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.

Others;

  • Providing guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the security or service industry.
  • Adept in all facets of Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor laws and Compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
