Handover Architect, Pasig

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall handover operations of all projects on the assigned estate/location.
• Ensure that KRAs of all projects on assigned estate/location are met by the end of the year; Monitor weekly accomplishments of the team and provide a report to management.
• Handle all issues and concerns on site (project deliverables, buyers' concerns, handover clearance issues, internal issues, managing manpower issues, etc.); likewise, elevate any issue and concerns for management's discussion and approval.
• Provide inputs to continuously improve the policies and processes of the Handover Management Department.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Should be a degree-holder of BS Architecture or any Engineering course
• Knowledgeable in Construction sites
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate
