Job Description:

o Backend Development

• Develop backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with proper validation, error handling, and consistent response structures.
• Integrate backend modules with existing PHP legacy services, where applicable.
• Collaborate with frontend and system integration teams on feature delivery.
• Create test cases and execute unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

o API Development and Integration

• Implement standardized URI naming and HTTP methods, including GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE.
• Collaborate with the platform team to onboard APIs into the API gateway.
• Ensure API reliability, consistency, and testability.

o Microservices and Infrastructure

• Develop backend modules following microservices principles.
• Package services using Docker containers.
• Understand VM-based and container-based deployment environments.
• Support API aggregation and distributed backend workflows.

o Collaboration and Code Quality

• Contribute to Git workflows, including branching, pull request reviews, and versioning.
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD processes.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability in accordance with best practices.
