Position: Academic service/Front Desk in language school
Number of Openings: 1
Work Arrangement: On-site in Metro Manila, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Language Requirement: Standard and fluent pronunciation English
Availability: Immediate start preferred
Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to provide support to students learning Chinese and their parents. Daily tasks include handling inquiries and complaints in the first stage and escalating the case if necessary. Inbound calls and email replies in 3 days, and the rest 2 days will focus on contacting clients/scheduling courses. CSR also needs to know basic system operations online. We will have training and make sure you understand before the official shift.
Requirements:
- Preference for candidates with experience in inbound/chat support;
- Experience handling student/parent inquiries is a plus;
- Proficiency in using CRM/ticketing systems;
- Ability to work in flexible schedules, including weekends. 40 hours per week in total.
