Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle calls professionally and provide excellent customer service
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Reach out to assigned clients through phone calls and emails
• Help grow sales through regular follow-ups and appointment scheduling
• Build good relationships with clients through clear and friendly communication
• Assist clients by discussing market trends and their trading situation
• Address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Job Qualifications:

• Good customer service and people skills
• At least 1 year experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Collections
• Open to High School Graduates
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Fluent in Tagalog and can communicate in conversational English
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work in a team-oriented environment
• Driven to meet and exceed sales targets
