Work Details

• Full Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
• Day shift schedule
• 36 months (3 years) contract

Package

• Compensation includes: Fixed monthly rate, 13th month pay (pro-rated, as applicable), optional HMO, statutory government-mandated benefits, shuttle service within the Meralco franchise area (subject to limited capacity)
• Employees are entitled to five (5) service incentive leaves annually after one (1) year of tenure
• Overtime and holiday pay are not applicable

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology
• Experience: 14 years in software development, system configuration, or business process automation

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of software development, application architecture, and database concepts
• Experience with configuration-driven systems (e.g., workflow automation, rules engines, or similar platforms)
• Proficient in at least one structured programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
• Strong SQL/data handling skillscan query, reconcile, and debug data issues
• Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, file interfaces, batch/message flows)
• Analytical and process-oriented; able to translate business requirements into system logic
• Willingness and ability to learn the selected billing platform

• System thinker, process-oriented, comfortable with configuration-driven platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications or system configurations using Python or other supported technologies
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, system logic, or configuration rules
• Perform data analysis, querying, and troubleshooting using SQL to support application functionality
• Configure and support workflow automation, rules engines, or billing platform processes
• Build and support integrations using APIs, file-based interfaces, and batch processing mechanisms
• Debug and resolve issues across application, configuration, and data layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, and IT) to deliver system enhancements and fixes
• Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures
• Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solution quality
• Monitor system performance and support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to coding standards, security policies, and compliance requirements
• Continuously learn and adapt to platform-specific tools, frameworks, and best practices
