A/E Draftsperson, Pasig

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically proficient Architecture/Engineering graduate to join our team as an A/E Draftsperson. This role is centered on the accurate translation of physical environments into digital assets. You will be responsible for the entire workflowfrom field inspections and data gathering to the creation of complex 3D models and detailed architectural/engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Inspection: Visit industrial facilities to conduct field inspections and data gathering efforts to ensure As-built conditions are perfectly captured.
• Architectural/Engineering Modeling: Translate As-built drawings and field data into detailed 3D models using SketchUp.
• Detailed Documentation: Prepare precise drawings, diagrams, and schematics specifically for the architectural/engineering scope of the project.
• Technical Reporting: Conduct calculations based on plans and material specifications, preparing comprehensive reports for project stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide technical expertise and support to project teams to ensure modeling standards are met.
• Operational Flexibility: Perform other related engineering tasks as required by the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Education: Must be an Architecture/Engineering graduate with a strong academic background. Fresh graduates may apply.
• Software Proficiency: Intermediate working knowledge of SketchUp.
• Technical Aptitude: Exceptional ability to interpret 2D As-built drawings and recreate them accurately in a 3D environment.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and team coordination.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
