QBuilders is looking for a Business Developmentdriven Junior Architect who is ready to go beyond traditional design work and play an active role in client acquisition, project development, and brand growth.

This is not a typical architectural role. Youll be working at the intersection of architecture, marketing, and business development, supporting initiatives across both QBuilders and FS Golf Labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Engagement
• Support client acquisition and lead generation efforts
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
• Attend client meetings and presentations
• Coordinate follow-ups and help maintain client relationships
• Support partnerships, collaborations, and marketing campaigns
• Design & Marketing Support
• Prepare design proposals and visual presentations
• Assist in the creation of marketing and branding materials
• Support project coordination, documentation, and deliverables
• Conduct site visits and assist with on-site requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City
• Available to start immediately

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva)

Core Skills:

• Confident in handling client-facing interactions
• Comfortable conducting site visits
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional, articulate, and well-presented
