Role Description

As a CSR for our Travel GDS Account, you will assist customers with travel-related services such as flight bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, and other inquiries using GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan). You will ensure accurate transactions and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel bookings, rebookings, and cancellations using GDS tools
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and itinerary inquiries
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high-quality customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High Graduate
• Minimum 1 year GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan)
• No call center experience required
• At least B2 CEFR English proficiency
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
