We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role serves as a vital link between management and employees, providing support across various human resources functions. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of grammatical precision and clarity in all internal communications.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations & Communications:
- Draft and distribute clear, professional internal announcements regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and empathetic resolutions.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Handle candidate correspondence, including the professional drafting of offer letters and rejection notices.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing, including the tracking of overtime and special pay cycles.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment and eligibility questions.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Draft official endorsement letters and documentation for site visits or third-party audits.
- Operational Support:
- Develop and refine administrative processes, such as timekeeping systems and onboarding workflows, to improve organizational efficiency.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an HR or administrative management role.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a meticulous eye for grammar and professional tone is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, payroll systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Competencies: Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
