Marketing Officer, Pasig

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain brand design standards; create high-quality marketing materials using Canva or other tools.
• Manage all customer communications across online and offline platforms.
• Monitor and optimize online presence (Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including basic SEO.
• Recommend improvements for store appearance and enhance in-store customer experience.
• Analyze and improve customer lifecycle (onsite and online).
• Maintain an influencer database and coordinate partnerships.
• Propose and execute monthly promotions based on customer insights.
• Drive marketing efforts to increase store visits, promote events/party carts, and support hiring initiatives.
• Position the company as a strong, high-quality brand to customers and business partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract potential franchisees and support company expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• With at least 2 years related work experience.
• Experience in marketing, content creation, or customer experience.
• Proficient in Canva and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
