Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in US RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), staffing, BPO, or outsourced business services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals with companies in the United States seeking scalable recruitment or outsourcing solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of the US market, consultative selling, lead generation, and solution-based sales within recruitment or outsourcing environments.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients in the US market for RPO, staffing, and outsourcing solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and propose customized solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, presentations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.


Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers such as CEOs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Operations Executives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, hiring trends, and workforce solutions.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from sales to operations/account management teams after deal closure.
  • Support client retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.


Market Intelligence

  • Monitor US hiring trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new verticals and industries for expansion opportunities.
  • Recommend new service offerings based on market demand.


Reporting & Performance

  • Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Present regular business updates to leadership.


Qualifications and Required Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of Business Development / Sales experience in any of the following:

  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
  • Staffing / Executive Search
  • Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
  • Managed Services / Outsourcing Solutions
  • Proven success in selling services to US-based clients.
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing business models.
  • Experience managing full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
