A company driver is responsible for safely transporting personnel or goods, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and performing routine maintenance checks. Key qualifications include a valid professional drivers license, a clean driving record, proven driving experience, and strong

knowledge of traffic laws and navigation tools (GPS). 

Safe Transportation: Driving employees, clients, or goods to designated locations safely and efficiently.

Vehicle Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks (oil, tires, fuel), keeping the vehicle clean, and scheduling repairs.

Log Keeping: Maintaining accurate daily driving logs, fuel records, and incident reports.

Loading/Unloading: Assisting with loading and offloading materials, products, or luggage.

Traffic Compliance: Obeying all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

Route Planning: Utilizing GPS tools to find the most efficient routes and avoiding traffic congestion.

License: Valid Professional Driver's License with a clean, accident-free driving record.

Experience: Prior experience as a company driver, courier, or in a similar professional role.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills: Strong communication skills, familiarity with local routes (e.g., Metro Manila), and basic vehicle troubleshooting skills.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy items and, often, work flexible hours (nights/weekends).
