Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Staff to manage and grow our online presence. The role involves creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring social media platforms, and interacting with customers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and schedule posts based on marketing campaigns and promotions
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports (reach, engagement, sales impact)
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new ideas
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Basic skills in photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
