E-Commerce Intern, Pasig

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone interested in online retail, digital marketing, and marketplace operations. The intern will assist in managing online store activities, optimizing product listings, and supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website)
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team
• Help optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Support in executing online promotions, campaigns, and vouchers
• Track and report sales performance and customer trends
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely manner
• Conduct market and competitor research

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital platforms
• Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Good communication skills
