Restaurant Manager / Store Supervisor, Pasig

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
2. Manage and supervise staff performance and discipline.
3. Handle cashiering, order taking, and support front operations.
4. Manage staff scheduling and daily assignments.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
6. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements:

1. Experience in restaurant or food service management is preferred.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Responsible and able to work independently.
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic English communication required.
6. Willing to work long-term (at least 6 months).
7. Flexible with shifting schedules.
8. Must submit Health Certificate & NBI Clearance after hiring.
9. Must be willing to perform hands-on tasks.
