Recruitment Specialist, Pasig

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Process manpower requisitions from the hiring managers
• Facilitate posting and sourcing on job portals and social media accounts to connect with prospective candidates who are shortlisted or qualified for the position
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for endorsement and schedule of interviews
• Conduct character and background checks on qualified candidates
• Create visually pleasing job ads using Canva
• Posting of relevant short-form videos on Facebook and Tiktok

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• At least 6 months of working experience in Recruitment
• With sourcing experience using social media and other job portals
• Can do end-to-end recruitment process
• Knowledgeable in using Canva
• Experience in the creation of short-form videos is a plus
• Willing to be assigned at Tektite Towers Bldg., Ortigas Center, Pasig City
