• Graduate of Industrial Engineering
• With or without experience in manufacturing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Willing to learn post-press operations and production processes
• Detail-oriented and quality-oriented
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring post-press production processes (cutting, binding, finishing, and packaging)
• Support quality control and ensure products meet company standards
• Help improve production efficiency and workflow processes
• Monitor materials usage and production output
• Prepare reports and documentation related to production performance
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure the timely completion of orders. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
