Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and facilitate training programs for ESL teachers.
Conduct workshops, coaching, and mentoring to support teacher development.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methods and materials.
Ensure alignment of training content with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Support teachers in addressing classroom challenges and enhancing their teaching techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field. Graduate of any 4-year course is acceptable.
At least minimal experience in facilitating training.
Strong ESL teaching background.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
