Logistics Coordinator, Pasig

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the end-to-end delivery process to ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents, goods, and services.
• Plans and coordinates daily delivery schedules based on received documents
• Ensures all required permits and delivery requirements are secured prior to dispatch
• Coordinates with Sales, customers, warehouse, and drivers for timely deliveries, including urgent and provincial transactions
• Provides daily updates on fulfilled and unfulfilled deliveries
• Acts as the main point of contact between internal teams, drivers, and customers
• Provides delivery updates, instructions, and resolves issues during transit
• Arranges deliveries via partner couriers for areas outside Logistics coverage
• Coordinates payment collection schedules with Credit and Collection
• Arranges supplier pickups as advised by Purchasing
• Handles administrative tasks including staff attendance, leave, and overtime processing
• Updates internal announcements and company communications o Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4 years course.
• With experience in delivery coordinating is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or in-house dispatch systems.
• Ability to Adapt to system updates, new procedures, and operational changes.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments with efficiency
• Ability to Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 23 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, dispatching, warehousing, or transportation.
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making.
• Time management and multitasking.
