Treasury Assistant, Pasig

Treasury Assistant supports the Finance/Treasury team in managing the companys cash flow, banking transactions, and financial records. This role ensures the timely processing of payments, accurate monitoring of cash balances, and proper documentation of all treasury-related activities.

• Assist in monitoring daily cash balances and liquidity requirements
• Prepare and process bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
• Record and reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
• Assist in the preparation of cash flow reports and forecasts
• Ensure the timely payment of company obligations (e.g., suppliers, utilities, payroll support)
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial and banking documents
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding transactions
• Assist in handling petty cash and disbursements
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in treasury or accounting is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of banking procedures and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

• Experience in cash flow management
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
