Description
- Responsible for the screening and evaluation of all supplies and related services requisitions
- Ensure timely turnaround of all requisitions and purchase orders
- Source suppliers and conduct canvassing and negotiation to secure the best prices for supplies and services
- Handle request evaluation, canvassing, and purchasing of utility and building repair and maintenance materials and equipment
- Coordinate repairs of office equipment with suppliers
- Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of approved furniture and fixtures for stores
- Maintain an updated and organized vendor list, including all department files and records
- Graduate of any four-year business-related course
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical skills for handling data, workflow, and problem-solving
- Flexible and willing to work alternate schedules and overtime
- This is for direct hire position
