Chief Finance Officer, Pasig

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the companys financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and internal policies
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management systems
• Supervise finance, accounting, and audit teams
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies
• Support executive decision-making through financial analysis and reporting
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is an advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations
• Proven experience in strategic planning and financial analysis
