Construction Worker, Pasig

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters, masons, welders, and other skilled workers
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
• Perform site cleaning, clearing, and preparation works
• Digging, backfilling, and simple earthworks as required
• Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
• Comply with DOLE OSH Standards and use PPE at all times

Qualifications:

• At least elementary or high school level
• No specific experience required, but construction experience is an advantage

Skills:

• Physically fit and hardworking
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic awareness of construction safety
• Teamwork and reliability
