Fit out Supervisor, Pasig

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Fit-Out Manager to oversee and manage the fit-out works for various commercial and residential projects. The role requires managing the overall fit-out process from design to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of fit-out projects, including overseeing workers, vendors, and the project team

- Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets

- Coordinate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.

- Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery

- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

- Address and resolve issues that may arise during the project, such as delays, design changes, or conflicts with contractors

- Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management and clients

- Maintain effective communication with all team members and ensure that all work is done according to project specifications

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

- At least 5 years of experience in construction operations, with a focus on fit-out works

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methodologies

- Proven experience in managing and coordinating fit-out projects from start to finish

- In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Proficient Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Words and Powerpoint

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Operational experience executing projects using admin or in-house workers, NOT SUBCONTRACTORS

- Maintains a high standard for quality and accuracy while adhering to the schedule

- Previous experience in handling multiple high-end or large-scale fit-out projects
